Been at NW2H for just over a year now and my body and mind have been transformed. If you’re struggling with your own workouts at the gym I would say come here and try the different array of classes. Each session is different and fun to do. Lorna who runs the gym is very knowledgeable and helpful and will set you off on your fitness journey. Chantelle, Joe and John are the other coaches who all bring their own experience and skills and are great to get along and work with. I would also recommend the boxing sessions as these are tough and will help with strength and weight loss. The community we have is brilliant and we all support each other to our fitness goals. Please come along and try out NW2H you won’t regret it

After following Nowhere2Hyde for AGES on social media I finally took the leap and joined up & it has been the best decision I made. I'd been a member of a corporate gym for many years and was stuck in a rut with my fitness. In the 2 months of joining N2H I've already noticed a huge difference in my fitness and strength. I'd also missed that community spirit and the support of gym mates..the members and trainers are so encouraging and supportive. I love it and love being pushed to achieve the best results! Top gym.

Tailored gym membership/sessions to suit your needs, cannot express how supportive the team is. They’ve consistently supported me for two years through various injuries, goals, diet plans and are always available to help - no obstacle is too big to overcome. I would’ve given up long before now if it weren’t for the team and their support, can’t thank them enough. Strong member community as well, classes are always great fun which makes a huge difference!

NW2H is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of and I’ve been a member of a few over the years! If you want the best instructors, to be treated like an individual and to feel that your wellbeing is of the utmost importance then this is definitely the gym for you and not being left to your own devices to waste an hour. NW2H is a proper gym where the members and the team of instructors come together to make you the best you can be. We are an extreme friendly and welcoming community so come and join us for training that’s personal to each member and be encouraged by those around you. Not a gym but more a training community; have made friends whilst completing workouts I didn’t think I’d be able to do because you’re pushed out of your comfort zone and you’re all in it together. Don’t think I would have felt comfortable to try boxing anywhere else but the coaching is inclusive of everyone from absolute beginner to those wanting to train to fight and everyone in between. Sessions are more like small group personal training and each day there is a different focus as well as workout so it’s doesn’t get repetitive or boring.

If you want to train hard and be surrounded by supportive and motivated people then this is the gym for you. The classes cover strength, circuits, boxing and HIT sessions and are always challenging. Sam and Ollie are both excellent trainers who really do care about you and your training.

I joined in October to train for a hyrox event and never looked back. The classes are varied, challenging and carefully considered every week. The classes are catered to all levels of fitness and you’re always pushed to the best of your ability. The members are your biggest cheerleaders, make you feel instantly welcome and at ease. We love Lorna and this gym! Friendly, encouraging and a safe space to learn to box. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially anyone who is apprehensive about going into a gym as members and staff are lovely. We have individual lessons with Lorna and her kindness and motivation is second to none; we have learned so much and love our classes here.

I’ve tried many different commercial & independent gyms & PTs, and this place is the one if you want RESULTS. I came with tennis & golfers elbow after many many flares up training alone, after specific PT sessions I’ve been able to get back to full strength & make the most of the daily classes where no class is the same, mixing up HIIT, strength, conditioning with a bit of fun too with people from all ages/background/abilities just there to work hard, no posers like in the other gyms!! Definitely recommend.

I've loved the change from PT to the classes, working out with like minded individuals and a healthy dose of competition every now and again.
