We know starting somewhere new can feel intimidating.
That’s why our sessions are designed to be welcoming, supportive and suitable for all levels, especially beginners. You do not need previous boxing or gym experience to get started.
During your free trial, you’ll experience the atmosphere, coaching style and energy that makes Nowhere2Hyde Training different from a traditional gym.
Our classes combine boxing, functional fitness, strength and conditioning and hybrid training to create sessions that are challenging, motivating and enjoyable. Every workout is coach-led and structured to help you improve fitness, endurance, strength and confidence over time.
Unlike commercial gyms where many people feel lost or unmotivated, our gym is built around community and accountability. You’ll train alongside supportive members who all started somewhere themselves.
Your first session is all about helping you feel comfortable. Our coaches will guide you through everything, explain the structure of the class and make sure you can train at a pace that suits your current fitness level.

Based in Sale, Manchester, we welcome members from Trafford, Altrincham, Timperley, Chorlton, Didsbury and surrounding areas looking for a gym environment that feels supportive, authentic and results focused.
We offer a range of sessions including beginner boxing classes, hybrid fitness training, strength & conditioning, kids boxing and teens boxing, allowing members to find the style of training that suits them best.
