Founder of NW2H and former professional boxer, Sam Hyde built this gym after a career that saw him win national titles, fight professionally, and represent England. Now, he’s focused on creating a space where people grow through boxing—physically, mentally, and as part of a real community.
At NW2H we believe in the power of community-driven workouts. In our small group training sessions, you’ll get focused coaching from experienced trainers and connect with like-minded people who are just as committed to pushing each other.
