As well as some technique work, this session is a boxing blast, you will be worked to your limits throughout. Boxing is the hardest sport in the world, you need to be in peak shape to fight, in this class you will train as hard and exactly as the pros do. A really fun session, great for fitness, fat loss, mental discipline and stress relief.
Our ‘Fight camp’ classes are for those that are training how a fighter would in camp, These sessions are more technical based than ‘Box-Fit.’ You will reap the fitness benefits of boxing along the way, with sessions including boxing technique, sparring, fitness, strength and conditioning and much more.
